Join us for an afternoon of learning how to read the body's subtle messages and apply our newfound knowledge so we can look and feel better physically, mentally, and spiritually.
Ayurvedic expert Vember Conner will lead the group through an dosha quiz and explain how certain symptoms—like when you wake up soaked in sweat, or get an annoying breakout on your chin line—can actually be your body's manifestation of stress or certain emotions ... and how to treat those symptoms with diet and self-care practices to make them disappear for good.
Palmistry expert and artist Nikki Lee Kurt will then teach us how to read our own palms so we can use our hands as a roadmap to navigate our emotional and physical health.
Tea and light snacks will be served.
